Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or requesting services on the Civil Services Institute portal (`csi.lucknow.in`), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all the rules and guidelines set forth by the Executive Committee of CSI Lucknow.

Membership & Profile Authenticity

  • Membership registration is strictly subject to eligibility, background verification, and administrative approval.
  • Applicants must provide true, accurate, and current professional information (Cadre, Service Type, Batch, and ID proofs).
  • Providing false information will lead to immediate cancellation of application/membership and appropriate administrative action.

ID Card & Portal Misuse

Every registered member is issued a unique Membership ID and official Card.

  • CSI ID Cards are strictly non-transferable and remain the property of Civil Services Institute, Lucknow.
  • Sharing account credentials, QR code tampering, or enabling unauthorized access to non-members is strictly prohibited.
  • Members must surrender physical cards or update profile status immediately upon cessation of service or membership.

Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

  • All membership registration fees, annual subscriptions, and venue booking charges must be paid online via integrated payment gateways.
  • Fees paid towards processing and subscriptions are non-refundable once membership approval is granted.
  • Cancellation policy for campus amenities and room bookings will adhere strictly to CSI Executive Bye-Laws.

Intellectual Property & Portal Governance

All content, institute logos, identity card layouts, graphics, and system codes published on this portal are owned by the Civil Services Institute, Lucknow. Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution is prohibited.

CSI Lucknow reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or update service features at any time without prior individual notification.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of portal usage or membership services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
